Breaks down into three pieces for easy storage and travel. Comes with a middle D-Ring clip for additional attachments. Includes two adjustable cuffs for ankles or wrists, which attach to each end of the Bar. Adjusts from 29 inches to 37 inches. Materials: Aluminum, polyester fabric, polypropylene webbing, nickel free metal hardware, polypropylene plastic (PP), hook and loop. Includes: 1 14.5 inch (37 cm) center aluminum tube, 2 14.5 inch (37 cm) spring locking expanding aluminum tubes, 2 cuffs with snap links, when assembled: expands from 29 inches to 37 inches (74 cm to 94 cm).
