Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept Returns or exchanges Unless the item you purchased is defective,
due to the nature of the products sold and for the health and safety of our
customers.
If you receive a defective product please contact us via our email address at
info@fwb-pleasureshop.com and provide details of the product and defect. We will
not accept returns without you receiving a response back from us via email. We will then
provide you with information on how to make the return
You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return of the
product and we are not responsible for any loss or damages whilst being shipped.
All products must be returned in the original packaging including all parts,
accessories, warranty cards, power cords and batteries. If there seems to be anything
missing, your return may be cancelled.
If you are entitled to an exchange or refund due to the defect, we will notify you by
email and will replace the defective product with the exact same product purchased
or refund you the purchase price whether purchased regular or sale price with the
original method of payment.
Any shipping or handling charges that were paid by the customer are
non-refundable and refunds are only for the product and does not include the
shipping charges.
We do suggest any product that is over $100 should have shipping insurance from
the provider as we are not responsible for loss damaged or stolen returns.
Please allow 14 days approx to see the refund reflected on your statement.
We are unable to refund or exchange unless a product is damaged/defective due to
the nature of the products sold on FWB. All sales are Final Sale No Exchange or
Refund.
Any item that comes into contact with body parts or bodily fluid are considered
Non-refundable and cannot be resold.
